The beautifully handcrafted Main Lodge at Aspen Canyon Ranch can accommodate up to 100 guests for your wedding or reception. The 2,500 square-feet Main Lodge features hardwood floors, two magnificent river rock fireplaces, a custom built bar and two large decks—providing the perfect rustic ranch venue you have been looking for.

CANCELLATION and DEPOSIT POLICIES
Aspen Canyon Ranch requires a 50% deposit to reserve your wedding weekend. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, at which point the reservation is fully non-refundable. Cancellations outside of 90 days prior to your arrival date will result in a 10% forfeiture of your total reservation value.
Aspen Canyon Ranch welcomes check or money order payments. Credit cards are also accepted with an additional 3% processing fee. Please make all checks or money orders payable to Aspen Canyon Ranch and mail directly to the ranch, 13206 County Road 3, Parshall, CO 80468.
Aspen Canyon Ranch features riverside lodging for up to 56 guests.
Each of the three river cabins—Trout, Elk and Deer are divided into four individual units all equipped with separate entrances and private three-piece bathrooms. Other amenities include vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans, gas fireplaces, premium linens, and complimentary shower products. Enjoy the peaceful sound of the Williams Fork River flowing by from your cabin’s sundeck, or soak in one of the two hot tubs while gazing into the star-filled Colorado sky. Aspen Canyon Ranch offers rustic ranch lodging at its finest.
The cozy three-bedroom, two-bathroom River House at Aspen Canyon Ranch sits just steps away from the Williams Fork River. Sleeping up to nine guests, the River House comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. The main level living room features a gas fireplace, TV with DVD player and comfy seating for six. But why sit inside when you can enjoy the beauty of the river flowing by from the covered front porch. Set away from the River Cabins the River House provides a peaceful, romantic escape for you.
With over 2,200 square feet of living space, the three-bedroom, three-bathroom Cliff House at Aspen Canyon Ranch provides plenty of room for you and your immediate family or wedding party. The main level features an open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room with a large butcher block table for 10 and a living room outfitted with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and large L-shaped sofa with a queen pull-out sleeper. Spend an evening grilling-out and watching the sunset from the massive riverside deck. Bedroom #1 features a queen bed, twin bunk bed and private en suite bathroom. Bedroom #2 can sleep up-to three guests with one queen bed and one twin sofa sleeper. The entire 2nd level of the Cliff House is designed as the ultimate retreat for a bride and groom. The master suite offers a comfy king size bed, large windows with gorgeous canyon views and tons of natural light, a bathroom with a double sink vanity and clawfoot bathtub and a huge walk-in closet.
Camping at Aspen Canyon
Tent and RV camping is welcome at Aspen Canyon Ranch! The cost to tent camp is $10/person and $20/person to RV camp. Aspen Canyon Ranch offers outdoor showers for campers and full access to the Main Lodge restrooms. Towels and toiletries are not included for camping guests. Please contact ACR directly to reserve your camping space.

MORNING HORSEBACK RIDES
Enjoy fresh Rocky Mountain morning air while taking in the breathtaking scenery of vast meadows, bursting with Colorado wildflowers. Listen to the peaceful sound of quaking aspen groves and the soothing flow of the Williams Fork River on your way to the top of Saddle Mountain.
LUNCH HORSEBACK RIDES
After working up an appetite splashing through rivers, climbing up mountains, trotting through pastures and touring through the forest, enjoy an afternoon picnic from atop a mountain or in a field of painted wildflowers.
SUNSET TRAIL RIDE
Experience an early evening horseback tour through the Colorado backcountry just before the sun sets behind the mountains. Finish your trail ride back at the barn and enjoy the warmth of a crackling campfire while roasting marshmallows and sharing stories of your horseback adventure.
Enjoy breathtaking views from the top of Saddle Mountain while learning new techniques in skeet shooting.
FLY FISHING LESSONS
Aspen Canyon Ranch offers over a 1/2 mile of private fishing on both banks of the Williams Fork River. The Williams Fork flows from the Continental Divide north through the Williams Fork Basin and continues into the headwaters of the Colorado River. Aspen Canyon Ranch also has two ponds stocked with rainbow and cutthroat trout for all guests to fish.
Experience some of the best rapids in Colorado on one of three different rivers—the Colorado, Clear Creek or the Arkansas. Guided float trips are available for all ages and ability levels.
Explore Colorado ATV style on over 150 miles of trails part of the Arapaho National Forest. You will begin your adventure at Aspen Canyon Ranch comprehensive safety instructions. We will provide you with a map of recommended trails to tour. After you are geared up and ready to go, hop on one of our new quads and begin your adventure.
